We all have some negative beliefs about ourselves, the world or society that probably affect what we do and how we feel more than we realise. Could there be negative beliefs holding you back from really going after what you want?

For instance, I sat down recently and made myself write down all of the negative things, or 'limiting' beliefs that I have. This is what I found out.. I'm bearing all here!
