SHOOTING A STILL LIFE STORY FOR CROWN PAINTS

You guys know I love getting creative and one of my favourite things to do is create colourful statement imagery. It's even better when I get to collaborate with a really cool company who want to let me do my thing and showcase their products in a way that I think you will love. So here's my still life story of a selection of colours from the Crown Paint Feature wall range. The range is all about being bold and making a statement. With the tag line 'it's not just paint. It's personal' of course this was right up my street!

I wanted to really shows you how vibrant and intensive these colours are, the images don't even do them justice (I shouldn't say that really should I?!), but both my hubby Jason and I both were impressed with the formula and colours.

It's also 'breatheasy' paint which means that it's 99% solvent free - awesome! Cos who wants all that junk in stuff that you and your family are breathing in?

I have to be honest and say I hadn't really considered Crown Paints for projects before because I considered them to be a little more on the traditional side, rather than having the vivid shades that I'm so often fond of. Hopefully these images will help you to consider them for your future projects now!

Their tag line is 'it's not just paint' It's personal', and I'm sure you guys know I couldn't agree more. My ethos has always been to decorate confidently in a way that represents your personal style. You can see more on their shared ethos in this TV ad.

Here's a little insight as to how we created the images (I say we because there is now way in hell I could have done this with hubby helping me)!

We also shot these hand images to supplement the main still life images.

Hope you liked what we created and the little glimpse behind the scenes!
