MY CURATED SHOP SELECTION - JUNE
You know what time it is - start of the month, time for a new selection of 10 brilliant homewares from across t'interweb. I don't know who calls the internet that, or what 'accent' it is meant to be but, whatever. This month's ten curated pieces include Ikat print wallpaper and a photographic tea towel. I've also been learning all about how to put sample boards together on my Interior Design Diploma, so you may see a slightly better look to my boards from now on!
Here's what I picked out for June.
Ikat is a huge trend right now and what's better than this Navy and Cream Ikat meets polka dot wallpaper? Plus, it's paste the wall which has gotta be a lot less fiddly than doing it the old fashioned way.
Let's face it, kitchen utilities can be pretty boring. I thought this photographic tea towel was a cool twist on every day cooking ingredients (oh come on Sarah, as if a quail egg is every day)! They also had some with oysters, walnuts and more.
Good old B&Q bring a classic bang up to date in monochrome. Great for edging off bathroom tiles. Come to think of it, why didn't I use this in my bathroom?! Ideas...
This 100% cotton bedlinen is a smart update for your bedroom. Superbly British and available in a whole host of colours.
Treat yourself to this absolutely fabulous palm print cushion. I'm a huge fan of palm print and this digitally printed piece is one of the best.
I was actually invited by a friend to go along to the launch of this book and sadly couldn't make it. Kicking myself now as all I've seen is great reviews since then!
This vintage print featuring Grace Kelly glimpsed through a champagne flute is sheer vintage elegance, and at £8.98 you really can't complain!
I'm in love with this dandelion Yellow, fabric covered bed from made.com. It's also available in regular double size, but why not treat yourself?
Art Deco gets a modern update in this scalloped Grey rug created by The Rodnik Band, also at Made.com. Cool and sleek.
A beautiful muted colour palette of Navy and Peach, one of my favourite colour combinations. Plus it's geometric AND a great price.
